A soup that makes you feel like home!
Materials
- broccoli fresh
- corn niblet
- chopped carrots
- 150 gram milk
- 600 gram water
- flour
- butter
- white pepper powder
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces and serve them with cold water for around 10 minutes; fry it until it is half-cooked.
- Mix the white pepper powder, sugar, water and milk
- heat the pot and melt the butter, mix it with the flour and cook the mixture for several minutes.
- Add the whole amount of water at one time, boil it and later add the milk, stir. When this liquid is boiled again, put the vegetable and other condiments together. Cook it for 3 minutes while stir it constantly.
- If you are a vegan, the milk could be changed to coconut milk, will offer a different but still charming taste.
