    Materials

    Instructions

    1. Cut the lemon into halves and put in a large pan of boiling salted water.
    2. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they are just cooked. Do not cover.
    3. Remove shrimp and transfer to a bowl with cool water.
    4. When the shrimp have cooled, deshell and devein them and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
    5. To make the cocktail sauce combine the ketchup, chilli sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, hot chilli sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    6. Spoon the sauce into clear plastic containers and place 2 shrimp (or whatever you prefer) into the sauce. Garnish with chive sprigs.
