Mojito recipe
Mojito recipe is on the list of the most world popular cocktail recipes; this is Cuba´s most famous drink and is favourited by the American writer Hemingway.
The name of this cocktail ¨Mojito¨ comes from a sauce which its Spanish name is ¨Mojo¨, and the name comes from the verb ¨Mojar¨ which has a meaning of ¨Get something wet¨. Mojito is not a very strong alchohol drink but just drink a glass will make some people's faces blush; the charming taste is a little sweet mixed with a little bit bitter.
Mojito is mixed full of Carribean atmosphere, with a garnish of some ¨Yerba buena¨, it is going to offer you with a frensh exotic enjoyment!

Make yourself a refreshing drink for hot summer days.
Materials
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 cup soda
- 1/2 lime
- white sugar
Instructions
Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. dd 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water.- Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
